The impeller filler type machine is designed to handle powdered products and fill valve type bag. Material is forced by the impeller and filled in the bag through the spout which is connected to machine with a flexible hose pipe and two stage shut-off gate. The material is densified by impeller rotating at high speed resulting in fast filling i.e., higher output and much less air consumption and smaller bag size as compared to pneumatic filling. The material flowing through hose pipe is further assisted by an air ring to assist material flow during the filling operation. The shutter gate closes in two steps and ensures precise filling as accurate weighing is done by precision load cell and electronic controller. Controller mounted on elegant panel can be easily programmed for coarse and fine feeding values and the target weight. Three recipes settings are available. Automation of packing machine is provided with the help of electrical and pneumatic control devices provided in the panel box and the pneumatic cylinders.
