This machine is designed to fill granular products, particularly those of food-variety such as rice in open-mouth bags that need closing after filling. Material is drawn from the hopper by the gravity feeder of the machine, which is equipped with two or three flap gates. The gate closes in 2-3 steps and ensures precise filling as accurate weighing is done by precision load cell and electronic controller. The controller mounted on an elegant panel can be easily programmed for coarse and fine feeding values and the target weight. Three recipes settings are available. Automation of the packing machine is enabled with the help of electrical and pneumatic control devices provided in the panel box and the pneumatic cylinders.
